Policies & FAQ

Our highest priority is to provide our customers with highest quality products and customer care. We are easily accessible to address any questions or concerns. We want to create long term relationships with our customers and we hope you will be one of them. Please let us know if we can improve our service at any time.

Customer Care 

Questions – we will answer all your questions and concerns within 48 hours.

Order changes – we will try to change your order if you notify us within 24 hours after placing the order.

Payment & Shipping

Payment methods – we accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 

Sales tax – we do not charge sales tax outside Kansas. There is a 6.5% sales tax for orders shipped within Kansas.

Other payments – please contact us before placing your order for different payment methods.

Shipping & Fulfillment – we will ship your order within 3 to 4 business days after receiving payment with USPS First Class Mail service. We will notify you with shipping confirmation via email.

International Shipping – all international orders are shipped via USPS International Mail service. Some countries require import duties. Please note that the price that you pay for shipping does not include this fee. This customs fee is from the customs office in the destination country and every country has different import fees. We recommend you to please contact your local Customs office for more information about the fees directly. We, unfortunately, do not cover that fee since the fee is not from us, but rather from the destination country's' customs office. The customs authorities, however, do require us to include the value of your order on the package(s). All custom, import duties fees and taxes are the customer's responsibility. 

Order tracking – once your order ships, you will receive the shipping notification with tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Return order qualification – unused items in the original condition & packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping charges). Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Credit – once your return package is delivered, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Order exchanges – any product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no cost.

If you had received the incorrect product or faulty defect, please send us an email at aydexidesign@gmail.com along with an attached photo of the product. We ask that you contact us right away to assure your customer satisfaction.

Custom & personalized orders – we apologize, but we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized and custom orders.

Return shipping payment – we do not offer return shipping. It is your responsibility to cover the return shipping fee.

Privacy & Security 

Privacy policy – we respect your privacy and your submitted information will not be shared with anyone. 

Security & information – our order processing and payment systems are secure and provided by Shopify payment
